The best stand mixer for bread dough will have the following qualities: – Strong enough motor/power to handle any kind of dough without struggle – Durable hard wearing mechanism that won’t wear out with repeated dough mixing
If you need your mixer to be primarily for bread dough, like I do, then it’s important to look for one that is going to be strong enough to cope with mixing heavy and/or large amounts of dough on a regular basis. This either means: – buying a stand mixer with a strong enough design and build quality – buying one that is predominantly made for bread dough, and the other functions are the after thought!
