1. Mockmill range starts from a less expensive price point. 2. The Mockmill can generally boast a larger capacity. 3. Both the Komo AND the Mockmill have very similar mechanisms inside, and they are both very robustly built.
Although the Mockmill produces fine enough flour to produce a great bread, it didn’t go quite as fine as the Komo did.
In terms of wastage, the Mockmill gives you more flour for the same amount of grain compared to the Komo.
